How to create a Facebook account that will not be disabled·

You cannot create a FB account that cannot be DELETED. (I think that’s what you meant)

BUT : If you read the FB terms, there isn’t much you can do for them to delete it. Some of the reasons to dump you would be :
post pornography of any kind
post videos or pics of gruesome violence
post threats of a violent nature to someone
spam other FB pages with your sales pitch
set up a fake profile

Act like a normal human being and there’s no reason for them to send you to never-never land.

Here’s where to go for the whole list of do’s and dont’s :

You should use your birth name, provide a legitimate email address that corresponds to your birth name, and authenticate the account as required. The authentication usually requires you to submit an electronic copy of your government issued identification.

Provide believable personal info -even if it’s not true- and get at least 15 friends within a week of creating the account. Use your account without violating any of Facebook terms, and you’re good to go!

And try not to get on anybody's nerves so they don’t report your account.

While the other answers are rehashing the same thing about not violating Facebook's terms, it is true. But sometimes you are on the unfair side of Facebook and get deleted or suspended.

There's a foolproof way to almost never get deleted. Even if you use false info and made up names.

All you need is
Working email address (preferably one that is old but not used in any previous Facebook accounts)
A working phone number (you can use online services for this one if you don't want to use your real phone)
If the first two steps are silver, then this one is a diamond. Provide an ID. What's important is to match the info on ID with the info that you provided on Facebook. Mostly, they require a photo of your face (the photo you use as profile in Facebook) and the name, and the birth date and sometimes the location. You can do that also online or apps. It's pretty easy.

That's it! Facebook is about authenticity and not violating it's terms. So you can take that as an advantage.

You can’t actually create an account that will not be disabled, the way to prevent that from happening is to abide by Facebooks policy and terms and not to get into trouble with others or post things that would offend anyone and everyone on the social media platform.

If a person violates Facebook community rules, it is possible for your account to be disabled. We do not own Facebook, and as you are aware it is a free service. The control stays with Facebook.

First of All, while providing account information, be honest. Fill true informations and choose real name. Don't decorate it with french alphabets, after creating the account Don't post any stuff that goes against Facebook community standards. (Like posting pornography, fake news etc) try to send friend request to known person only. And donot harass anyone on messenger. That's All

What is the best way to create a strong Facebook account, i.e. that can never be disabled or blocked?

It’s simple: stay on the good side of Facebook.

If you’re a regular user and don’t make any stupid comments/posts then chances are your account won’t be disabled or blocked. I’ve had about three profiles on Facebook, each of them for an average of three years, and none of them has ever been disabled or blocked unless I chose to deactivate them.

If you’re a regular user and don’t use Facebook to spread hate, harassment, etc, then there’s nothing to worry about. It doesn’t take much of an effort to avoid having your account blocked or disabled. All you need to do is to not be an asshole, basically.
